Training Sessions
The Christchurch and Burton Karate Club runs two training sessions every Wednesday:
- Junior Section: 6:30 - 8:00 pm. For students of all grades up to the age of 16.
- Adult Session: 8:15 - 10:00 pm. For students of all grades above the age of 16.
- Absolute beginners are welcome to attend both sessions.
Some useful Goju Ryu terms.
